I found a couple of really cute sterling silver diabetic charms and paired them with a stainless steel ball chain and also a leather cord. They are quite attractive and very reasonably priced at only $18.95! I noticed that alot of people on had "diabetes" or "diabetic" engraved on their medical plates and charms so when I came across these, I thought they were nice!

WOW! what a great alternative to the chunky metal band around your wrist! or those horrible dog tags no one wants to wear! I am the only one left in my family who is not diabetic... I will have to keep you in mind for the holidays as it always worrys me if something should happen to them, they have no way of knowing they are diabetic!
